I am a Director of Learning 2 Achieve Ltd. an accredited Business Coach and qualified HR specialist. I work with Owners/Managers of small and medium size businesses on growing their business and coach/advise on HR issues. My intention is to add value by increasing the performance of them and their staff.
I am a ‘public sector escapee’ and have worked with large corporate organisations in all sectors, as well as small and medium size commercial businesses. I have worked with clients from the UK, Eastern and Western Europe, China, Iraq, UAE, Africa, Australia, America and Bermuda.
I have combined my business coaching and HR with my previous experience in evidence gathering, enabling me to work with small and medium size businesses on growing their companies and equipping them with their own HR solutions.
Recently I developed Learning 2 Achieve’s Performance Landscape programme, aligned with the University of Portsmouth’s Masters degree in Leadership and Management. This programme uses analogies of the animals of the Serengeti to make dealing with performance and strategy more engaging. Also, whereas business schools deal with five parts of performance, I added a sixth that focuses on the individual.
